These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the V Wholesale website, mobile platform, and any purchases made from Vassure Wholesale Pvt. Ltd. ("V Wholesale", "we", "us"). By accessing our platform or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. About Us

Vassure Wholesale Pvt. Ltd. is a company incorporated under the Companies Act 2013, registered in Andhra Pradesh, India. We operate the brand V Wholesale, a retail and wholesale home building materials store located at NH65, Bhavanipuram, Vijayawada — 520012, Andhra Pradesh.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age to register or place an order.
• By using our platform, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Indian law.
• Business users must be authorised representatives of their organisation.

3. Products and Pricing

• All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
• We reserve the right to update prices without prior notice. The price at the time of order confirmation is the binding price.
• Product images are for illustrative purposes. Actual shades, textures, and finishes may vary slightly due to manufacturing tolerances and screen calibration.
• We make every effort to maintain accurate stock levels; however, if an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will contact you promptly to offer a substitute or a refund.
• Bulk and B2B pricing is available for qualified contractors and trade professionals. Contact us for pricing agreements.

4. Orders and Payment

• An order is confirmed only upon receipt of full or agreed advance payment.
• We accept payments via UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and Cash on Delivery (for eligible orders below ₹5,000 within Vijayawada).
• Online payments are processed by Cashfree Payments. By making a payment, you agree to Cashfree's payment terms.
• Your V Wholesale Wallet balance can be used as full or partial payment at checkout.
• Order confirmation is sent via SMS/WhatsApp to your registered mobile number.

5. Delivery

• We offer delivery within Vijayawada city limits. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or high demand.
• Quick delivery (90-minute target) is available for in-stock items within designated zones.
• Delivery charges, if any, will be displayed at checkout before payment.
• For bulk orders (tiles, large sanitary ware), scheduled delivery windows will be confirmed by our team after order placement.
• Risk of damage or loss passes to you upon delivery and acceptance of goods.
• You must inspect goods at the time of delivery. Claims for transit damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

6. Cancellations

• Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched. To cancel, contact us via phone or WhatsApp at 87126 97930.
• Once an order is out for delivery, cancellation is not possible. You may initiate a return after delivery as per our Refund Policy.
• Custom-cut tiles, special-order items, or made-to-order products cannot be cancelled after 2 hours of order placement.
• Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method or V Wholesale Wallet.

7. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your OTP and account access.
• You agree not to share your account with others or use another person's account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

8. Loyalty Points and Promotions

• Loyalty points are earned at 1 point per ₹100 spent (excl. delivery charges and taxes) and can be redeemed at 1 point = ₹1 discount at checkout.
• Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged.
• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the loyalty programme at any time with reasonable notice.
• Promo codes are valid for one-time use per customer unless stated otherwise, and cannot be combined with other offers.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this platform — including logos, product images, text, and design — is the property of Vassure Wholesale Pvt. Ltd. or its suppliers and is protected by Indian copyright law. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit any content without our prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, V Wholesale shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform or products.
• Delays in delivery caused by factors beyond our reasonable control (force majeure, natural disasters, strikes, etc.).
• Damage caused by improper installation of products by the buyer or their contractors.

Our total liability in any dispute shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific order in question.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The date of the last update is shown at the top of this page.
