Our Return Promise

Unused, undamaged products accepted within 7 days of delivery. No questions asked.

1. Return Window

You may initiate a return within 7 days of the delivery date for eligible products. Returns requested after 7 days will not be accepted, except in cases of manufacturing defects or products damaged in transit.

📦 Transit damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Please photograph the damaged packaging and product immediately and send it to us via WhatsApp at 87126 97930.

Tiles or material that has been laid or installed · Products without original packaging · Custom-cut or special-order items · Items damaged by the buyer · Products returned after 7 days

Share Photos

Send clear photos of the product and packaging so our team can verify the return eligibility.

Return Pickup Scheduled

We'll arrange a free pickup within Vijayawada city limits within 2 business days of approval.

Inspection & Refund

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund is processed within 5–7 business days.

Timelines begin from the date we confirm receipt and inspection of the returned product.

5. Tile Sample Returns

Tile samples ordered through the "Sample at Home" programme are fully refundable. The ₹500 sample deposit will be refunded in full when:

Sample pickup is arranged by our team. Refund is credited to your V Wholesale Wallet or original payment method.

6. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once dispatched, cancellations are not accepted — please initiate a return after delivery.

For custom or special-order items, cancellations must be requested within 2 hours of order placement.

7. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for eligible products within the 7-day return window. If you'd like a different colour, size, or product, please mention this when initiating the return and we'll arrange the exchange along with the return pickup.
